What material is the jewellery made of?

The basis of all our jewellery is 925 silver, the finest quality. Additionally you can choose either 18ct yellow gold or 18ct rose gold plating. If you would like a quote for an all-gold jewellery piece, please contact us. 

I have a special request for my order. What shall I do?

You can add your special requests in the 'Comments' box at the bottom of your Shopping Cart. We will make sure that your order is carried out according to your preference. If you are unsure whether your special request is possible, please contact us prior ordering.

Is all your jewelry really made in Italy?

Yes, absolutely all items sold on our website are produced in Italy, Piemonte by a reputable goldsmith.

How can I personalise the products?

Just use the field "​INSERT INSCRIPTION". Depending on the type of product you can insert initials, names, a sentence or a date. Please make sure to write your personalisation correctly. If you are not sure whether your personalisation fits, please write us a message via Whatsapp chat or e-mail

Which languages can I use for personalisation?

We are able to realise any of your ideas! If you wish to use other languages with other than latin based alphabet such as Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew etc. Just use the field "INSERT INSCRIPTION" and write the personalisation. Please be aware that we cannot proof read such languages.

Change Order Details

How do I change an order after it has been placed?

We begin working on your jewelry immediately after your order is placed. If you want to change an order please contact us as soon as possible. Changes made more than 3 hours after time of purchase may require a 30% restocking fee. Please note that any change might postpone the estimated delivery date.

How can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately begin production on the items. Since each item is made to order and therefore unique and customised, you will be refunded 70% of the original item price as the item cannot be restocked. If you have any question about canceling your order do not hesitate to contact us.

How can I change my shipping address?

To change your address before an order has been shipped, please contact us as fast as possible, maximum 1 day after placing the order with the following details and we’ll update the address accordingly:

Street address with apartment number
Postcode City
Country

We can change your shipping address only until your item has been sent for packaging, at which point we carefully prepare your personalized jewelry for shipping.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. Should your country be not on the list, please DM us to find a solution.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

Your order will be shipped to the specified address according to the shipping method selected during checkout - we offer national shipping for Italy and international shipping within Europe. From the moment of the order the delivery takes approximately between 4-6 working days within Italy and between 6-10 working days to the selected countries within Europe.

How much does shipping cost?

SHIPPING IN ITALY
For orders paid by credit card, PayPal or Google Pay, shipping is always free of charge.
For orders paid with "Cash on Delivery", the shipping costs are €5,00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping abroad is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, a shipping contribution of €9.90 is charged. At the moment we ship exclusively to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Is it possible to pay Cash on Delivery?

Yes, you can pay on delivery. This payment method is only available in Italy and involves an additional charge of €5,00 per order.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email containing the tracking link to follow the shipping of your order until delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

How can I return a product?

New, unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are made to order and therefore unique, on those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee. If you wish to return your product, please write us an e-mail: info@my-egos.com and state 1.) your order number 2.) reason 3.) refund or change and we will get back to you. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card/payment method you used to place the original order. This typically takes 10 working days from the day your refund was approved.
